Accesarea contului curent al plătitorului de contribuţii la bugetul asigurărilor sociale de stat

Plătitorii de contribuții la bugetul asigurărilor sociale de stat (BASS) au posibilitatea de a accesa extrasul din contul curent al plătitorului, informează Casa Națională de Asigurări Sociale (CNAS). Astfel, persoanele responsabile din cadrul plătitorului de contribuții (conducător, administrator) pot obține acest extras prin accesarea Contului personal de asigurări sociale (Acces CPAS) în Cabinetul personal/Profilul plătitorului de contribuții.

 

De asemenea, extrasul contului curent al plătitorului este disponibil și în cadrul serviciilor electronice destinate plătitorilor de contribuții la BASS, precum:

• „e-Cerere Restituirea sumelor din BASS”,

• „e-Cerere Corectarea plăților la BASS”,

• „e-Cerere Eșalonarea penalității la BASS”.

 

Având în vedere modificările introduse începând cu anul 2021 privind unificarea contribuțiilor datorate de angajator și a celor individuale, se recomandă accesarea contului curent începând cu datele de referință: 01.01.2021, 01.01.2022, 01.01.2023, 01.01.2024, 01.01.2025 etc.

 

Întrucât datele din contul plătitorului sunt corelate cu schimbul de informații între Serviciul Fiscal de Stat (SFS) și CNAS, soldurile reflectate la începutul fiecărui an sunt determinate conform regulilor stabilite de comun acord. Astfel, în coloana „Sold la început” va fi afișat soldul aferent anului selectat la rubrica „Început”, indiferent de data exactă indicată, mai precizează CNAS.
