Numărul contribuabililor persoane fizice ce desfășoară activități independente este în creștere

Regimul fiscal al persoanelor fizice care desfășoară activități independente înregistrează o creștere a numărului contribuabililor care optează pentru acesta. La situația din 01 iunie 2025, numărul subiecților regimului fiscal menționat supra constituie 6527 contribuabili, informează Serviciul Fiscal de Stat.

Sistemul informațional „Activitate independentă” (SI AI) va fi un SI destinat funcționarilor fiscali pentru ținerea evidenței, monitorizarea și calcularea obligațiilor fiscale aferente impozitului pe venit pentru persoanele fizice care desfășoară activitate independentă, subiecți nominalizați în cap. 10/2 din Codul fiscal (CF).

La data de 24 octombrie 2024, în Monitorul Oficial a fost publicat Ordinul Ministrului finanțelor nr. 120/2024 cu privire la modificarea Ordinului MF nr. 2/2017 privind aprobarea unor formulare tipizate aferente activității persoanelor fizice care desfăşoară activitate independentă şi a Indicaţiilor privind completarea acestora. Modificările au intrat în vigoare la data publicării.
