Avizele de plată: unele formulare au fost actualizate

Unele formulare tipizate ale Avizelor de plată au fost modificate. În Monitorul Oficial din 12 noiembrie curent a fost publicat Ordinul Ministerului Finanțelor nr.131 din 8 noiembrie 2024 cu privire la modificarea Ordinului MF nr.17/2020 cu privire la aprobarea formularelor tipizate ale Avizelor de plată.  

 

Astfel, au fost actualizate forumarele

  • AVIZ de plată a impozitului pe bunurile imobiliare pentru anul 20___

(pentru obiectele evaluate, existente și/sau dobîndite în perioada 01.01.20__- 31.03.20__) (conform anexei nr.1 de mai jos)

  • AVIZ de plată a impozitului pe bunurile imobiliare pentru anul 20___

(pentru obiectele evaluate, dobîndite în perioada 01.04.20__31.12.20__) (conform anexei nr. 2 de mai jos)

 

Totodată, a fost exclus formularul tipizat al Avizului de plată la taxa de la posesorii de câini, dat fiind faptul că prin politica fiscală 2025 a fost abrogate această taxă.

 

Ordinul va intra în vigoare la 1 ianuarie 2025.
