Bugetul Consiliului de supraveghere publică a auditului a fost aprobat

Guvernul a aprobat în ședința din 30 octombrie curent bugetul Instituției Publice „Consiliul de supraveghere publică a auditului” pentru anul 2025.

 

Astfel, veniturile instituției vor constitui 4 372,3 mii de lei și cheltuielile 4 744,4 mii de lei, cu un deficit în sumă de 372,1 mii de lei. Pentru comparație, în anul 2024 veniturile Consiliului au fost aprobate în sumă de 3 444,1 mii lei și la cheltuielile în sumă de 3 889,8 mii lei.

 

Precizăm, veniturile reprezintă plățile și cotizațiile efectuate de auditori și de entitățile de audit, cotizațiile efectuate de stagiarii în audit și plata persoanelor privind admiterea la probele scrise ale examenului pentru obținerea calificării profesionale de auditor.

 

Consiliul de supraveghere publică a auditului va prezenta Ministerului Finanțelor raportul privind executarea bugetului pentru anul 2025 până la 1 martie 2026.

 

Conform notei informative, Legea nr.271/2017 privind auditul situațiilor financiare prevede că sursele de finanţare a Consiliului de supraveghere publică a auditului şi modul lor de utilizare se stabilesc prin bugetul de venituri şi cheltuieli și se aprobă, pentru anul următor, de către Guvern până la data de 1 noiembrie.

 

Consiliul este o instituţie publică autonomă, cu statut de persoană juridică, responsabilă pentru supravegherea publică a auditului.
