s-a alăturat echipei Centrului de Guvernare Electronica în februarie 2014 în calitate de manager al serviciilor sectoriale ce se înscriu în programul de e-Transformare. Dumitru este responsabil de serviciile publice electronice aliniate segmentului de interacțiune cu instituțiile publice cu valențe financiar-fiscale. Și-a început cariera în unitatea specializată TI a administrației fiscale unde a făcut parte din echipa de dezvoltare a proiectelor TI orientate spre fortificarea guvernării electronice.

Până la momentul de față, impozitul pentru bunurile imobiliare pe online au fost achitate de mai mult de 2000 mii de persoane. Cea mai mare parte dintre acestea sunt originare din orașul Chișinău, spune expertul de la Centrul de Guvernare Electronică Dumitru Postu în cadrul unui interviu pentru Bani.md.
