Convenția privind evitarea dublei impuneri dintre Republica Moldova și Republica Franceză: când vor intra în vigoare prevederile?

Serviciul Fiscal de Stat informează despre intrarea în vigoare a Convenției dintre Guvernul Republicii Moldova și Guvernul Republicii Franceze pentru evitarea dublei impuneri și prevenirea evaziunii și fraudei fiscale cu privire la impozitele pe venit, ale cărei prevederi se vor pune în aplicare începând cu data de 1 ianuarie 2025.

 

Implementarea acestei convenții prezintă un pas semnificativ în consolidarea relațiilor bilaterale și va avea consecințe benefice în cele mai diverse domenii ale colaborării moldo-franceze, va servi drept baza dezvoltării eficiente a sectorului financiar și fiscal, a creării condițiilor egale pentru toți agenții economici care vor desfășura activitate de întreprinzător în ambele state.

Convenția se va aplica persoanelor fizice și juridice care sunt rezidente ale unuia sau ale ambelor state contractante. Ambele părți sunt angajate să pună în aplicare prevederile acestei convenții într-un mod eficient și să colaboreze strâns pentru a asigura respectarea acestora.


Aplicarea Convenției va contribui la dezvoltarea relațiilor economice moldo-franceze prin eliminarea dublei impuneri a persoanelor fizice și juridice, și va spori nivelul de atractivitate a țării noastre pentru investitorii francezi prin crearea unui cadru legal și fiscal propice pentru inițierea și dezvoltarea afacerilor în Republica Moldova.

 

Reamintim, Convenția dintre Guvernul Republicii Moldova și Guvernul Republicii Franceze pentru evitarea dublei impuneri și prevenirea evaziunii și fraudei fiscale cu privire la impozitele pe venit a fost semnată la Chișinău, la 15 iunie 2022.
