Hotărârea Guvernului privind cuantumul salariului mediu lunar pe economie, prognozat pentru anul 2023, publicată

Începând cu 1 ianuarie 2023, cuantumul salariului mediu lunar pe economie, prognozat pentru anul 2023 va constitui 11700 lei, în creștere cu 1800 lei față de cel aprobat pentru anul curent.

 

Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 936 din 28 decembrie 2022, prin care a fost aprobat respectivul cuantum, este publicată în Monitorul Oficial de astăzi, 29 decembrie.

 

Precizăm, salariul mediu lunar pe economie este utilizat pentru a determina plafonul bazei de calcul a indemnizațiilor de asigurări sociale, venitul lunar asigurat al salariaților-rezidenți ai Parcurilor pentru tehnologia informației, a mărimii pagubei provocate de evaziunea fiscală a întreprinderilor, instituţiilor şi organizaţiilor sau a valorii pagubei pricinuite în cazul săvârșirii unor infracțiuni prevăzute în Codul Penal.

 

 

Tot în baza salariului mediu lunar este calculată mărimea daunelor cauzate drepturilor şi intereselor ocrotite de lege ale persoanelor fizice sau juridice în cazul refuzului neîntemeiat de eliberare a actului permisiv, care a condus la restrângerea dreptului de desfăşurare a activităţii de întreprinzător, inclusiv desfăşurarea neîntemeiată a unor controale.
