În atenţia angajatorilor! Noi modalităţi de declarare a concediului suplimentar de 14 zile calendaristice cetățenilor care au suferit de pe urma catastrofei de la Cernobîl

CNAS atenţionează că începând cu data de 3 noiembrie curent au intrat în vigoare modificările operate în Regulamentul privind modul de acordare și plată a concediului suplimentar pentru unele categorii de persoane, aprobat prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr.1419/2006,  ce vizează concediul suplimentar de 14 zile calendaristice cetățenilor care au suferit de pe urma catastrofei de la Cernobîl.

 

Astfel, conform noilor prevederi legale, CNAS acordă, din oficiu, plata pentru concediul suplimentar de 14 zile calendaristice în baza informaţiei din Registrul de stat al evidenţei individuale în sistemul public de asigurări sociale privind suma calculată şi perioada acordării concediului suplimentar, declarată de către angajator.

 

Respectiv, angajatorul este obligat să calculeze suma plății pentru 14 zile calendaristice de concediu suplimentar plătit și să o declare prin intermediul tabelului nr. 2 din Declarația IPC21. În acest sens, Clasificatorul categoriei persoanelor asigurate, aprobat prin anexa nr. 3 la Ordinul Ministerului Finanțelor, a fost completat cu o nouă categorie –  180 „persoană care a avut de suferit de pe urma catastrofei de la Cernobîl care a beneficiat de 14 zile de concediu suplimentar”.

 

În scopul asigurării corectitudinii şi plenitudinii datelor declarate de către angajator urmează a fi respectate următoarele reguli:

  1. Perioada declarată în coloanele 5 și 6 ale tabelului nr. 2 nu poate fi mai mare sau mai mică de 14 zile calendaristice;
  2. La suma declarată în coloana 9 din tabelul nr. 2 nu se vor calcula contribuții de asigurări sociale. Coloana 11 va conține indicele zero;
  3. Suma declarată în coloana 9 din tabelul nr. 2 cu categoria 180 nu se va include în rândul total respectiv, nu se va reflecta în partea a doua a tabelului (sumele totalizatoare pe întreprindere).
  4. La solicitarea concediului la finele lunii cu trecere în luna următoare se face o singură înscriere fără divizarea în două perioade.

 

ATENŢIE: La prezentarea Declarației IPC21 pentru luna octombrie 2024 angajatorii vor declara în tabelul nr. 2 suma plății necesară a fi achitată de către CNAS din mijloacele bugetului de stat pentru 14 zile de concediu suplimentar, utilizând categoria persoanei asigurate – 180 aprobată prin Ordinul Ministerului Finanţelor nr. 128 din 31.10.2024.
