Înscrierea în conturile personale a CAS nedeclarate din anii 1999-2017

Pe data de 2 decembrie 2022 în Monitorul Oficial nr.385-391 a fost publicat Regulamentul privind înscrierea datelor în conturile personale de asigurări sociale ale persoanelor asigurate cu informația privind contribuțiile de asigurări sociale achitate și nedeclarate în perioada anilor 1999-2017, aprobat prin Ordinul Casei Naționale de Asigurări Sociale nr.173-A.

 

Regulamentul vine să facă unele precizări cu privire la punerea în aplicare a art.5 alineatul (6) al Legii nr.489/1999 privind sistemul public de asigurări sociale şi stabilește modalitatea de completare a conturilor personale cu informația  privind contribuțiile de asigurări sociale achitate în perioada anilor 1999-2017, dar nedeclarate de angajator în termenele prevăzute de legislaţie, inclusiv în cazul entităţilor lichidate, în proces de lichidare sau reorganizare.

 

Important de menţionat că, înscrierea datelor în conturile personale de asigurări sociale se va efectua doar în cazul în care au fost achitate contribuţii la bugetul asigurărilor sociale de stat în perioadele respective.

 

Prevederile Regulamentului intră în vigoare la data de 01.01.2023.
