Manualul privind deservirea contribuabililor, publicat de SFS

Serviciul Fiscal de Stat a publicat Manualul privind deservirea contribuabililor – document ce reprezintă un suport metodologic integru și unic în deservirea contribuabililor.

 

Deservirea contribuabililor cuprinde ansamblul de procese, instrumente și norme de comportament, menite să asigure prestarea atât a serviciilor publice fiscale contribuabililor, cât și educarea acestora în scopul conformării benevole. Domeniul deservirii contribuabililor este axat pe sporirea nivelului de conformare fiscală, sporirea încrederii contribuabililor, pe acordarea de servicii calitative în beneficiul contribuabililor. Aceste elemente stau la baza îndeplinirii sarcinii fundamentale a Serviciului Fiscal de Stat.

 

Ediția conține:

  • Aspecte generale ale deservirii contribuabililor
  • Serviciile publice prestate de SFS
  • Metodele de stingere a obligației fiscale
  • evidența obligațiilor față de buget
  • Înregistrarea activității de întreprinzător și luarea la Evidență a conturilor bancare și/sau de plăți
