Monitorizarea contribuabililor care activează în domeniul comerțului cu flori și Horeca

Serviciul Fiscal de Stat informează că va desfășura la data de 14 februarie 2024 acțiuni de monitorizare a contribuabililor care activează în domeniul comerțului cu flori și Horeca (hotele, restaurante, cafenele).
 

Acțiunile de monitorizare nu presupun efectuarea măsurilor de control la agenții economici, respectiv nu se vor aplica careva sancțiuni.
 

Acțiunile au drept obiectiv monitorizarea modului de respectare a legislației în vigoare de către contribuabilii respectivi, în scopul prevenirii nedocumentării tranzacțiilor prin echipamentele de casă și de control.
 

Monitorizarea contribuabililor vizați vine în contextul creșterii cererii acestor servicii cu ocazia sărbătorii Valentine`s Day, fapt ce duce la sporirea riscului de nedeclarare a tuturor vânzărilor cu scopul de a diminua cuantumul impozitelor și taxelor aferente Bugetului public național.
 

Autoritatea fiscală națională recomandă tuturor contribuabililor să se conformeze prevederilor legale, iar cumpărătorilor – să solicite bonul de casă la procurarea florilor, astfel contribuind la majorarea nivelului de conformare.
 

Serviciul Fiscal de Stat îndeamnă la cooperare agenții economici și contribuabilii pe parcursul desfășurării acțiunilor anunțate.
