Obligațiile fiscale achitate la buget de către contribuabilii monitorizați în trimestrul III prin prisma Programului de conformare înregistrează o creștere cu 12%

Colectarea eficientă a impozitelor și taxelor reprezintă o piatră de temelie a unui sistem fiscal echitabil, în acest context,  aplicarea Programului de conformare este soluția sporirii nivelului de conformare voluntară a contribuabililor și prevenirii evaziunii fiscale, informează Serviciul Fiscal de Stat.

 

Astfel, în scopul majorării nivelului de conformare a contribuabililor la declararea și plata obligațiilor fiscale în baza analizei riscurilor de neconformare, pentru anul 2024 au fost stabilite următoarele segmente ale economiei naționale prioritare pentru monitorizare prin prisma Programului și anume:

  • comerțul cu ridicata și amănuntul a mărfurilor, produselor și materialelor;
  • industria prelucrătoare;
  • asistență stomatologică;
  • transport și depozitare;
  • construcția.

 

În lista contribuabililor monitorizați prin prisma Programului de conformare, pe parcursul trimestrului III al anului 2024 au fost incluși cei în activitatea cărora au fost identificate riscuri de neconformare fiscală. Față de eșantionul de contribuabili monitorizați au fost aplicate tratamente de conformare voluntară, manifestate prin:

  • expedierea/ înmânarea a 1873 scrisori de conformare;
  • organizarea şi desfăşurarea a 29 şedinţe de conformare individuale cu participarea persoanelor cu funcţii de răspundere ale contribuabililor;
  • efectuarea a 487 vizite fiscale, care au avut drept scop explicarea legislaţiei fiscale, cu caracter consultativ, şi/sau stabilirea datelor de ordin general despre activitatea contribuabililor.

 

În rezultat, obligațiile fiscale calculate la BPN de către contribuabilii monitorizați, înregistrează creștere cu 11% sau cu 24,9 milioane lei mai mult comparativ cu perioada similară a anului precedent, iar cele achitate cu 12% sau cu 29,3 milioane lei.  Ponderea impozitelor și taxelor calculate la un leu vânzări a înregistrat o creștere de 22% față de perioada similară a anului precedent, iar celor achitate cu 21%.

 

Restanța la BPN la situația din 30 septembrie 2024 comparativ cu situația din 01 iulie 2024 înregistrează descreștere cu 32% sau cu 4,5 milioane lei.

 

Serviciul Fiscal de Stat recomandă tuturor contribuabililor să respecte prevederile legislației fiscale în vigoare și să se conformeze voluntar prin declararea veniturilor și achitarea impozitelor aferente.
