Politica bugetar-fiscală 2025

Politica bugetar-fiscală 2025, reflectată în articole și în sesiuni de informare

Cele mai importante modificări la legislația fiscală și vamală, aprobate prin Legea  nr.214 din 31 iulie 2024 pentru modificarea unor acte normative (ce vizează politica bugetar-fiscală și vamală 2025) pot fi consultate în rubrica dedicată politicii bugetar-fiscale 2025, lansată pe pagina monitorul.fisc.md.

 

Până la acest moment, în rubrica dată puteți consulta articole ce vizează:

  • Locuința de bază. Noile modificări
  • Aspectele TVA
  • Taxele locale. Taxele pentru resursele naturale, taxele rutiere, impozitul pe bunurile imobiliare
  • Modificările ce au intrat în vigoare la data publicării – 15 august
  • Controlul fiscal simplificat
  • Aplicarea scutirii de TVA fără drept de deducere în raport cu mijloacele fixe destinate includerii în capitalul statutar (social) începând cu 01.01.2025
  • etc.

 

Totodată, amintim că Ministerul Finanțelor, în parteneriat cu Misiunea Înalților Consilieri ai Uniunii Europene,  P.P. „Monitorul Fiscal FISC.md”, dar și cu suportul Serviciului Fiscal de Stat și Serviciului Vamal, au organizat sesiuni de informare privind Politica bugetar-fiscală și vamală 2025: interpretare, mecanisme și proceduri de aplicare, la capitolul:

  • TVA și accize (19 noiembrie), la care au participat peste 400 de persoane
  • Impozitul pe venit. Taxele locale. Codul vamal (3 decembrie), la care au participat circa 900 de persoane. Evenimentul din 3 decembrie poate fi urmărit pe platforma youtube, accesând linkul de mai jos

 

 

Totodată, prezentările speakerilor din sesiunea din 3 decembrie pot fi consultate mai jos:

  • Principalele prevederi ale politicii bugetar-fiscale 2025, Corina Alexa, Ministerul Finanțelor
  • Modificările aferente impozitului pe venit, Jana Griciuc- Serviciul Fiscal de Stat
  • Principalele prevederi ce vizează taxele locale, impozitul pe bunurile imobiliare/impozitul funciar, Steluta Gutu, Serviciul Fiscal de Stat
  • Beneficiile AEO și simplificările oferite de Codul vamal, Tatiana Moraru, Serviciul vamal
  •  Noul Cod Vamal: Garantarea datoriei vamale, Iurie Stepaniuc, Serviciul Vamal
  • Implementarea Noului Sistem Computerizat de Tranzit,  Rodica Cojocari, Serviciul Vamal
  • Plasarea în liberă circualție (importul) și exportul mărfurilor, Iurie Stepaniuc, Serviciul Vamal
