Precizări privind achitarea primei de asigurare de către fondatorii de gospodării țărănești

Compania Națională de Asigurări în Medicină vine cu precizări privind modalitatea de achitare a primei de asigurare medicală în sumă fixă de către fondatorii de gospodării țărănești (de fermier).

 

Potrivit Legii nr.1593 din 26.12.2002 cu privire la mărimea, modul și termenele de achitare a primelor de asigurare obligatorie de asistență medicală, fondatorii de gospodării țărănești sunt obligați să achite până pe 31 martie prima de asigurare medicală obligatorie în sumă fixă în mărime de 2527 de lei.

 

Dacă gospodăria țărănească nu a fost inclusă de primărie în lista celor radiate, aceasta este considerată gospodărie activă și, respectiv, fondatorul are obligația de a achita anual prima de asigurare medicală obligatorie în sumă fixă. Prin urmare, CNAM îndeamnă fondatorii de gospodării țărănești care nu activează să radieze gospodăria până în data de 31 martie, pentru a nu fi nevoiți după această dată să achite prima de asigurare și penalitatea conform legislației.

 

CNAM precizează că în cazul radierii gospodăriei țărănești, fondatorul acesteia care este concomitent pensionar ori persoană cu dizabilități, veteran de război, este inclus automat pe lista persoanelor asigurate de Guvern.
