Precizările SFS privind aplicarea taxelor locale pentru anul 2024 în Chișinău

Serviciul Fiscal de Stat informează că prin Decizia Consiliului Municipal Chișinău nr. 9/2 din 23 iulie 2024, în orașul Chișinău au fost aprobate și puse în aplicare taxele locale pentru anul 2024, în vigoare din data de 26 iulie 2024. Decizia respectivă a fost publicată în Registrul de stat al actelor locale și poate fi consultată aici.

 

Taxele locale și cotele aferente acestora, prevăzute în Decizia respectivă se aplică începând cu perioada fiscală aferentă trimestrului III al anului 2024 și anume - din 26 iulie 2024.

 

Totodată, pentru perioadele fiscale aferente trimestrelor I și II ale anului 2024, precum și pentru perioada 01 iulie – 25 iulie 2024, aferentă trimestrului III al anului 2024, cotele taxelor locale se aplică, în temeiul prevederilor pct. 31 din Dispoziția Primarului General al mun. Chișinău nr. 663-d din 29.12.2023 ”Cu privire la aplicarea bugetului municipal Chișinău provizoriu pe anul 2024”, în conformitate cu Decizia CMC nr. 21/10 din 14.12.2022 ”Cu privire la punerea în aplicare a taxelor locale pentru anul 2023” (cu modificările ulterioare).
