Relansarea activității Consiliului Consultativ în domeniul impozitelor și taxelor

Consiliul Consultativ al Ministerului Finanțelor în domeniul impozitelor și taxelor s-a întrunit în ședință marți, 21 martie curent, în contextul relansării activității acestuia. La ședință au fost prezenți ministra Veronica Sirețeanu și secretarul de stat Olga Golban, împreună cu echipa Ministerului Finanțelor, reprezentanții mediului de afaceri, patronatelor, societății civile, Serviciului Fiscal și Serviciului Vamal.
 
Consiliul constituie o platformă de comunicare și interacțiune între experții fiscali și vamali din sectorul public și cei din sectorul privat, în cadrul căreia se planifică a fi discutate subiecte ce țin de cadrul normativ fiscal și vamal care are impact asupra mediul de afaceri, și a identifica soluții de optimizare. Acesta se va întruni trimestrial.
 
În cadrul ședinței, s-a anunțat crearea a 4 grupuri de lucru aferent:
1) modului de impozitare a nerezidenților;
2) implementării conceptului prețurilor de transfer;
3) simplificarea documentării activității de transport;
4) perfecționarea procesului de delegare a salariaților.
 
Relansarea Consiliului este o prioritate a conducerii Ministerului Finanțelor, anunțată la începutul acestui an. Consiliul se va întruni trimestrial, iar activitatea acestuia, în rezultat, trebuie să genereze idei și soluții pentru a eficientiza aspectele importante legate de impozite, taxe, dar și alte chestiuni necesare activității antreprenoriale.
 
Consiliul este instituit ca organ consultativ cu atribuții de examinare a situațiilor de interes major, a proiectelor de acte normative relevante, a priorităților de dezvoltare instituționale.
