Republica Moldova a primit calificativ pozitiv privind conformitatea implementării standardului Schimbul de informații la solicitare

Secretariatul Forumului Global privind Transparența și Schimbul de Informații în scopuri fiscale a adoptat Raportul de evaluare a conformității Republicii Moldova cu Standardul Forumului Global al OCDE privind Schimbul de informații la solicitare (EOIR), iar Republicii Moldova i-a fost atribuit calificativul pozitiv în partea ce ține de conformitatea implementării standardului vizat.
 
Adoptarea acestui raport marchează un pas important pentru Moldova în eforturile sale de a se alinia la normele internaționale.
 
Serviciul Fiscal de Stat, în calitate de autoritate competentă, cu suportul continuu al Forumului Global al OCDE, este dedicat să implementeze schimbările necesare pentru a îmbunătăți conformitatea fiscală și transparența financiară. Angajamentul nostru față de aceste standarde internaționale reflectă dorința de a susține integritatea sistemului fiscal și de a contribui la eforturile globale de combatere a evaziunii fiscale.
 
Informăm că, Republica Moldova a aderat la Forumul Global privind transparența și schimbul de informații în scopuri fiscale în anul 2016.
