Salariul minim pe țară în anul viitor ar putea constitui 5500 lei

Salariul minim pe țară pentru anul 2025 se propune a fi stabilit în cuantum de 5500 lei lunar pentru un program complet de lucru de 169 de ore (în mediu pe lună), ceea ce reprezintă 32,54 lei pe oră. Acesta va fi cu 10% mai mare comparativ cu anul precedent, în care s-a aplicat 5000 lei ca valoare minimă de referință în materie de remunerare la nivel național.

 

Proiectul hotărârii de Guvern privind stabilirea cuantumului salariului minim pe țară a fost discutat în cadrul ședinței secretarilor generali.

 

Potrivit Legii nr. 1432/2000 privind modul de stabilire și reexaminare a salariului minim, salariul minim pe lună, precum și salariul minim pe oră calculat pornindu-se de la norma lunară a timpului de muncă, se stabilesc prin hotărâre a Guvernului, după consultarea cu Confederația Națională a Sindicatelor din Moldova și Confederația Națională a Patronatului din Republica Moldova și se reexaminează cel puțin o dată pe an.

 

În cazul în care programul de muncă este, potrivit legii, mai mic de 40 de ore pe săptămână, salariul minim orar se calculează prin raportarea salariului minim lunar, prevăzut în prezentul punct, la numărul mediu de ore lunar, potrivit programului legal de lucru aprobat

 

Totodată, amintim că începând cu anul 2023, Guvernul a unificat salariul minim pe țară și aplicarea cuantumului acestuia atât în sectorul real, cât și în sectorul bugetar.

 

După cum se menționează în nota proiectului,  salariul minim reprezintă mărimea minimă a retribuţiei, în lei, stabilită de către stat pentru o muncă simplă, necalificată, sub nivelul căreia patronul nu este în drept să plătească pentru norma de muncă pe lună sau pe oră, îndeplinită de angajat.
