Schimbul automat de informații vamale: proiectul-pilot, lansat

Recent a fost lansat proiectul- pilot între autoritățile vamale din Republica Moldova, România și Ucraina privind schimbul automat de informații vamale prin intermediul Sistemului (SEED+).

 

Proiectul-pilot presupune realizarea schimbului de date la posturile vamale de la frontiera moldo-română Leușeni-Albița, Giurgiulești-Galați și la postul vamal de la fontiera moldo-ucraineană Giurgiulești-Reni, în perioada 10 iunie - 12 iulie 2024.

 

Astfel, cele trei autorități vamale vor contrapune în timp real datele electronice prin intermediul sistemului SEED+, care vor include informații despre mijloacele de transport marfare, atât cele cu încărcături, cât și goale, care traversează în ambele sensuri posturile vamale de frontieră incluse în proiectul pilot.

 

Schimbul automat de informații vamale va eficientiza cooperarea instituțiilor de frontieră, va spori siguranța de-a lungul întregului lanț de aprovizionare în ceea ce privește securitatea și facilitarea schimburilor comerciale între Republica Moldova, Uniunea Europeană și statele CEFTA.

 

Autoritatea vamală precizează că implementarea acestui proiect a fost aprobată prin Memorandumul de înțelegere între Serviciul Vamal de Stat al Ucrainei, Serviciul Vamal al Republicii Moldova și Autoritatea Vamală Română cu privire la Proiectul pilot privind schimbul automat de informații vamale în cadrul Programului EU4Digital.
