Serviciul Vamal vine cu recomandări pentru conformarea operatorilor economici la utilizarea garanției globale

În conformitate cu prevederile art. 427, alin. (14) din Codul Vamal nr. 95/2021, garanțiile globale acceptate până la 1 ianuarie 2024 își mențin valabilitatea până la data de 31 decembrie 2024, fără necesitatea deținerii autorizației pentru garanția globală, anunță Serviciul Vamal.

 

Astfel, pentru a asigura continuitatea activităților economice, Serviciul Vamal recomandă operatorilor economici care dețin garanții globale să întreprindă următoarele măsuri:

Depunerea cererilor de autorizare – Operatorii economici care utilizează regimul de tranzit și cei care beneficiază de amânarea termenului de plată a drepturilor de import pe o perioadă de până la 30 de zile (AEO) trebuie să depună, în termeni proximi, cereri pentru autorizarea utilizării garanției globale, pentru fiecare tip de regim sau operațiune.

Constituirea angajamentului garantului – Pentru eliberarea autorizației de utilizare a garanției globale, operatorul economic este obligat să constituie angajamentul garantului, conform anexei nr. 16 la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 92/2023.

Acoperirea datoriilor vamale neîncheiate – În cazul în care operatorii economici au regimuri vamale și operațiuni nefinalizate, angajamentul garantului trebuie să includă cuantumul drepturilor de import aferente datoriilor vamale ce ar putea apărea, asigurate prin garanția constituită până la 31 decembrie 2024.

Reînnoirea autorizațiilor pentru regimurile speciale – Operatorii economici ale căror autorizații pentru regimurile speciale expiră până la 31 decembrie 2024 sunt invitați să depună cereri de autorizare pentru utilizarea garanției globale, în funcție de tipul de regim vamal utilizat.

 

Pentru detalii suplimentare privind procedura și forma cererilor, Serviciul Vamal recomandă consultarea Ordinului nr. 550-O din 27 decembrie 2023, cu modificările ulterioare conform Ordinului nr.400-O din 24 octombrie 2024. De asemenea, pentru asistență și informații suplimentare, operatorii economici sunt încurajați să contacteze Serviciul Vamal la numerele de telefon: 022-574-273, 022-574-293 și 022-574-257.
