SFS a publicat Raportul prezentării declarațiilor cu privire la impozitul pe venit pentru anul 2022

Serviciul Fiscal de Stat a publicat pe pagina web Raportul prezentării declarațiilor cu privire la impozitul pe venit pentru anul 2022. Amintim, rezultatele au fost prezentate anterior în cadrul unei conferințe de presă. Vedeți aici.

 

Astfel, Raportul conține datele privind:

 

  • Declarațiile prezentate de către persoanele care desfășoară activitate de întreprinzător;
  • Declarațiile prezentate de către persoanele care desfășoară activitate de întreprinzător, după tipul declarației;
  • Declarațiile prezentate după modul de recepționare;
  • Nivelul veniturilor și cheltuielilor înregistrate de către persoanele care desfășoară activitate de întreprinzător;
  • Impozitul pe venit declarant de către persoanele care desfășoară activitate de întreprinzător;
  • Impozitul pe venit declarat pe ramuri de activitate;
  • Impozitul pe venit al persoanelor fizice cetățeni;
  • Suma veniturilor declarate de către persoanele fizice-cetățeni;
  • Persoanele fizice care au declarant/obținut venit mai mare de 1 mil.lei
  • Desemnarea procentuală.

Astfel, persoanele care desfășoară activitate de întreprinzător au depus 104 965 declarații cu privire la impozitul pe venit, în timp ce persoane fizice care nu desfășoară activitate de întreprinzător – 175 835.

 

În cazul contribuabililor persoane fizice – cetățeni, suma veniturilor obținute conform informațiilor prezentate de către plătitorii de venituri, pentru anul 2022 a constituit 98,2 mld. lei, venit obținut de către 1,53 mil. persoane, iar impozitul pe venit reținut la sursa de plată și declarat a constituit 7,2 mld. lei.

 

În același timp, de către agenții economici, pentru perioada anului 2022, s-au înregistrat total venituri în sumă de 639,3 mld. lei și total cheltuieli în sumă de 586,5 mld. lei. Comparativ cu anul 2021 veniturile sunt în creștere cu 127,4 mld. lei, iar cheltuielile au înregistrat o creștere cu 122,9 mld. lei. Impozitul pe venit declarat de către agenții economici, pentru perioada 2022, a constituit 6,7 mld. lei, fiind în creștere cu 0,9 mld. lei față de perioada anului 2021.
