SFS anunță: depunerea dărilor de seamă prin formularul POLMED17, suspendată începând cu 1 noiembrie

Serviciul Fiscal de Stat informează despre suspendarea în cadrul SIA ”Declarație electronică – persoane juridice” a procesului de depunere, începând cu data de 01.11.2023, a dărilor de seamă prin formularul POLMED17 pentru perioadele începând cu luna octombrie 2023, pentru a asigura conformarea corectă a contribuabililor.
 

Reamintim că prin Ordinul Ministerului Finanțelor nr.93 din 09.10.2023, a fost aprobat noul formular al Dării de seamă și Instrucțiunea de completare privind taxa pentru mărfurile care, în procesul utilizării, cauzează poluarea mediului (forma POLMED23), reieșind din modificările efectuate în Legea nr.1540/1998, privind plata pentru poluarea mediului.


Prevederile Ordinului respectiv sunt aplicabile pentru perioadele fiscale începând cu luna octombrie 2023, inclusiv. Mai multe detalii privind noul formular pot fi accesate aici.
 

Pentru perioadele fiscale de până în luna septembrie 2023 inclusiv, obligațiile aferente taxei pentru mărfurile care, în procesul utilizării, cauzează poluarea mediului, se declară conform formularului POLMED 17, aprobat prin Ordinul Ministerului Finanțelor nr.5/2017.


Despre lansarea POLMED23 în cadrul SIA ”Declarație electronică – persoane juridice” SFS va anunța suplimentar.
