SIA „Cabinetul personal al contribuabilului”: Regulamentul privind modul de utilizare a serviciilor fiscale electronice, modificat

Pentru a beneficia de serviciile fiscale electronice prin intermediul SIA „Cabinetul personal al contribuabilului”, conducătorul contribuabilului, conform informației din baza de date SISFS, va completa datele de contact și adresa electronică din compartimentul date personale, precum și datele de contact și adresa electronică a companiei.

 

Marți, 21 octombrie curent, în Monitorul Oficial a fost publicat și a intrat în vigoare Ordinul Serviciului Fiscal de Stat nr. 500 din 16.10.2025 în temeiul căruia au fost introduse un șir de modificări la Regulamentul privind modul de utilizare a serviciilor fiscale electronice prin intermediul SIA „Cabinetul personal al contribuabilului”, aprobat prin Ordinul SFS nr.125/2020

 

Astfel, Anexa nr.1 la Regulament (Lista serviciilor fiscale electronice oferite contribuabililor (persoanelor fizice-cetățeni) în urma autentificării prin MPass) a fost completată cu trei compartimente: 6. Serviciul Achitarea on-line a impozitelor și taxelor de către persoanele fizice – cetățeni; 7. Serviciul e-Factura; 8. Serviciul Certificat de Rezidență.

 

Totodată, Anexa nr.2 (Lista serviciilor fiscale electronice oferite contribuabililor (persoanelor juridice și fizice ce desfășoară activitate de întreprinzător) în urma autentificării prin MPass și semnării Regulamentului) este suplinită cu compartimentele 7-8 cu următorul cuprins: Serviciul Monitorizarea electronică a vânzărilor (MEV); Serviciul Certificat de Rezidență (CR).

 

Liste serviciilor pentru care se oferă acces, din Anexa nr. 4 la Regulament (Confirmare de acceptare a accesului la serviciile fiscale electronice), de asemenea se completează cu Serviciul Monitorizarea electronică a vânzărilor și Serviciul Certificat de Rezidență.
