Решением Экономической апелляционной палаты был возбужден процесс несостоятельности в отношении должника АО «X». В рамках процесса несостоятельности, участники процесса прибегли к предъявлению требований, на основании ст. 140 Закона № 149/2012 о несостоятельности. Субъектом – кредитором был упущен срок утверждения требований и судебным решением ему было отказано в признании/утверждении требований.
