Trecerea de la patentă la activitatea independentă: Guvernul ar putea compensa unele cheltuieli

 

Guvernul este în drept să compenseze unele cheltuieli suportate de persoanele fizice care desfășoară activități independente și care, la data de 31 decembrie 2022, erau titulare de patentă pentru desfășurarea comerțului cu amănuntul. Structura cheltuielilor, modalitatea și perioada acordării compensațiilor urmează a fi aprobate de către Guvern. Prevederea este inclusă în Legea nr.112 din 11 mai 2023 pentru modificarea unor acte normative, ce se referă la facilitarea activității mediului de afaceri, publicată în MO din 2 iunie curent.

 

Amintim,  începând cu 1 iulie 2023, activitatea de comerț cu amănuntul la tarabe, tejghele, tonete, în chioșcuri (gherete), pavilioane și din autovehicule, precum și comerțul cu produse alimentare și mărfuri ușor alterabile autohtone, cu condiția respectării cerințelor sanitar-epidemiologice privind depozitarea, păstrarea și comercializarea lor, nu va mai fi admisă în baza patentei de întreprinzător, urmare a intrării în vigoare a modificărilor corespunzătoare efectuate în Legea nr. 93/1998 cu privire la patenta de întreprinzător.
