Moldova a coborât şase poziţii în ratingul libertăţii economice

Moldova a ocupat în clasamentul libertăţii economiilor din lume locul 117 între 178 de ţări, coborând şase poziţii faţă de anul 2015 şi situându-se între Kenya şi Belize. Astfel arată datele „Indicele libertăţii economice", întocmit şi publicat de Heritage Foundation în comun cu Wall Street Journal. Potrivit agenţiei „Infotag", nota generală a Moldovei s-a schimba nesemnificativ, diminuându-se de la 57,5 la 57,4 puncte. Ţara şi-a păstrat locul în lista ţărilor cu economie preponderent dependentă. Lider al ratingului, ca şi în anul 2015, a devenit Hong Kong (88,6 puncte), locul doi l-a ocupat Singapore (87,8). Apoi urmează Noua Zeelandă (81,6), Elveţia (81) şi Australia (80,3). Iar cele mai dependente economii ale lumii sunt, conform indicelui, Coreea de Nord (2,3), Cuba (29,8) şi Venezuela (33,7). Între vecinii Moldovei cel mai bine stau lucrurile în România, care a ocupat locul 61 (65,2), atunci când Ucraina s-a clasat pe locul 162 (46,8), iar Rusia pe locul 153 (50,6). Indicele libertăţii economice4 este calculat după media aritmetică a 10 indici: libertatea afacerilor, comerţului, libertatea fiscală, libertatea faţă de intervenţia guvernului, libertatea monetară, a investiţiilor, financiară, a pieţei muncii, pentru respectul drepturilor de proprietate, absenţa corupţiei. Moldova şi-a îmbunătăţit indicii în domeniile libertatea investiţiilor, controlul cheltuielilor guvernamentale şi libertatea fiscală. Însă, a regresat în domeniile libertatea monetară, a muncii, comerţului şi afacerilor.
