«1С: Предприятие». Урок №10 Отчетность в системе 1С 8.х

Дорогие читатели! Наконец-то завершился период годовой отчетности, и мы рады продолжить цикл уроков для пользователей 1С. Теоретический аспект 1С отчетности изложен в уроке №4 в контексте 1С Предприятие, версия платформы 7.7. Для того чтобы перейти к пониманию отчетности системы 8, освежим в памяти некоторые общие понятия. У любого отчета системы «1С» есть экранная форма. Также вы можете встретить в некоторых источниках такое понятие, как «Диалоговое окно» - это та же экранная форма. Экранная форма – это инструмент для заполнения пользователем параметров формирования отчета и запуска процедуры генерирования табличной (печатной) формы. Табличная форма (печатная, бумажная) – это вариант предоставления информации пользователю. У одного и того же отчета табличных форм может быть несколько. Проще говоря, табличная форма – это проекция бумажного отчета на экране пользователя. Модель работы с отчетами очень проста: заполняем реквизиты формы, жмем кнопку «Сформировать» и получаем отчет. Следует отметить, что у версии 8.1 вызов диалога заполнения реквизитов происходит нажатием кнопки “Настройка”. А для версии 8.2 характерна кнопка “Показать/скрыть настройки”. Кроме того, изменен способ наложения отборов. Теперь они задаются в таблице путем сопоставления. - задает метод сравнения (равен/не равен критерию сравнения, больше /меньше критерия…) - задает критерий сравнения Включение / выключение режимов редактирования и функции редактирования табличной формы для системы 8.1 вызывается из меню Таблица: Доступ к меню для системы 8.2 вызывается кнопкой списка меню: Во всем остальном отчеты и методика работы с ними ничем не отличаются от версии 7.7. В завершение мы не можем не упомянуть об СКД. Это целый раздел в системе 8.Х, которому мы посвятим отдельное занятие „Система компоновки данных и отчеты”. Когда-то давным-давно, когда компьютеры были большими, а память этих самых агрегатов - маленькая, фирма 1С разработала программу 1С Предприятие 7.7. В этой программе, как и во многих других, необходимо было выводить различные печатные формы. За основу бралась табличная форма, из которой программист пытался сделать так называемый шаблон, и в нее путем написания программного кода (иногда количество букв в коде могло смело конкурировать с небольшой диссертацией) добавляли необходимые данные и выводили всю эту сборную солянку на экран. Система компоновки данных (СКД) - это революция в области построения отчетов. Самое главное – теперь создавать отчеты можно по принципу "программирование мышкой". Конечно, функцию творца выполняет, как и прежде, программист, но СКД позволяет и рядовому пользователю создать для себя отчет.
