Totul despre impozitul pe bunurile imobiliare și impozitul pe avere

Impozitul pe bunurile imobiliare și impozitul pe avere reprezintă în sine plăți obligatorii la buget impuse fiscal asupra proprietății imobiliare a persoanelor fizice și persoanelor juridice, aflate pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova. Prin urmare, în rândul contribuabililor pot apărea anumite ambiguități și confuzii pe marginea aplicării impozitelor respective, inclusiv întrebarea dacă nu există riscul de dublă impunere.
