Video: Politica fiscală 2025. Impozitul pe avere

Prin politica bugetar-fiscală și vamală 2025 au fost operate modificări și la capitolul ce vizează impozitul pe avere.

 

Astfel, începând cu 1 ianuarie 2025 vor constitui obiecte ale impunerii cu impozitul pe avere bunurile imobile care întrunesc cumulativ condițiile:

  1. valoarea totală mai mare de 200  salarii medii lunare pe economie prognozate și aprobate de Guvern comparativ cu 2 mil.lei și mai mult pentru perioada anului 2024
  1. suprafața totală să constituie 120 m2 și mai mult (condiția neschimbată)

Impozitul pe avere

Condițiile ce urmează a fi întrunite

1. Valoarea estimată totală -200 de salarii medii lunare pe economie prognozate

1. Valoarea estimată totală -2 milioane lei si mai mult

                                                  2. suprafața totală -  120 m2 și mai mult
