Beneficiarii de protecţie internațională pot primi lunar un ajutor bănesc de 922 lei

Ministerul Afacerilor Interne propune spre consultare proiectul privind aprobarea cuantumului ajutorului bănesc acordat beneficiarilor de protecţie internațională în anul 2018. Acesta este elaborat pentru a executa prevederile Legii privind azilul în Republica Moldova, potrivit căreia beneficiarii de protecţie internațională au dreptul la ajutor bănesc, în limitele disponibilităților financiare ale statului, dacă sunt lipsiți de mijloacele de existenţă. Potrivit notei proiectului, până în 2013 mărimea ajutorului bănesc a constituit 10% din cuantumul salariului mediu lunar pe economie, prognozat pentru anul următor, după care, la propunerea Ministerului Economie şi Infrastructurii, mărimea acestuia a fost majorată până la 15% faţă de salariul mediu pe economie prognozat pentru anul viitor. Astfel, în condițiile în care mărimea salariului mediu lunar pentru anul 2018 este de 6150 lei, suma ajutorului bănesc stabilit în proporţie de 15% faţă de acest salariu va constitui 922,5 lei. Începând cu anul 2016, acest ajutor a devenit nerambursabil, fiind stabilit pentru o perioadă ce nu depăşeşte 6 luni şi este acordat lunar solicitantului, la cerere, din contul alocaţiilor Ministerului Afacerilor Interne. În nota documentului se menționează că în anul 2017 au fost depuse 7 cereri de solicitare a ajutorului bănesc, fiind aprobate doar două dintre ele, în anul 2016 au fost depuse 5 cereri de solicitare a ajutorului bănesc, comparativ cu 53 de solicitări din anul 2015, fiind aprobate de asemenea doar în 2 cazuri. Documentul prevede că ajutorul bănesc pentru persoanele menționate va fi acordat din contul și în limita mijloacelor aprobate anual în bugetul public național. Procedura de acordare a ajutorului este reglementată de Regulamentul cu privire la modul de acordare a ajutorului bănesc rambursabil refugiaţilor şi beneficiarilor de protecţie umanitară.
