BNS: prezentarea situațiilor financiare prin intermediul Ghișeului unic de raportare electronică

Biroul Național de Statistică (BNS) informează respondenții despre posibilitatea prezentării situațiilor financiare pentru anul 2021, la alegere, prin intermediul Ghișeului unic de raportare electronică sau pe suport de hârtie.
 
Suplimentar, BNS informează că entitățile, care conform criteriilor stabilite în alin.(1) din art.4 al Legii 287/2017 se atribuie la entități micro, sunt obligate să prezinte situații financiare și au opțiunea de a prezenta la alegere:
  • Situațiile financiare prescurtate (RSF prescurtat)
  • Situațiile financiare simplificate (se completează doar Bilanțul și Raportul de profit și pierdere din RSF1) sau
  • Situațiile financiare complete (RSF1).
 
Entitățile, care conform criteriilor stabilite în alin.(2) din art.4 al Legii 287/2017 se atribuie la entități mici au opțiunea de a prezenta la alegere:
 
  • Situațiile financiare simplificate (se completează doar Bilanțul și Raportul de profit și pierdere din RSF1)
sau
  • Situațiile financiare complete (RSF1).
 
Entitățile, care conform criteriilor stabilite în alin.(3), (4) din art.4 al Legii 287/2017 se atribuie la entități mijlocii și mari sunt obligate să prezinte:
  • Situațiile financiare complete (RSF1),
concomitent și
  • Raportul conducerii și raportul auditorului.
 
Organizațiile necomerciale prezintă Situațiile financiare ale organizațiilor necomerciale (RSF2), iar reprezentanțele entităților nerezidente - Situațiile financiare respective (RSF3).
 
Toate entitățile sunt obligate să atașeze Nota explicativă (în format PDF) la Situațiile financiare.
 
Situațiile financiare se semnează obligatoriu de către administratorul (conducătorul, directorul) entității raportoare.
În conformitate cu alin. (3), art.33 al Legii contabilității și raportării financiare 287/2017, termenul de prezentare a situațiilor financiare individuale, raportului conducerii și raportului auditorului constituie:
  • pentru entitățile de interes public - 120 zile de la ultima zi a perioadei de gestiune (30 aprilie 2022);
  • pentru restul entităților - 150 zile de la ultima zi a perioadei de gestiune (30 mai 2022).
 
Situațiile financiare ale tuturor tipurilor de entități, la dorință, pot fi prezentate pe suport de hârtie, în adresa organelor teritoriale de statistică. Formularele situațiilor financiare pot fi descărcate de pe site-ul BNS www.statistica.gov.md, rubrica Formulare și clasificări / Situațiile financiare.
 
Entitățile de interes public și alte entități care aplică Standardele Internaționale de Raportare Financiară (IFRS) prezintă situațiile financiare doar pe suport de hârtie.
