Cooperarea Internațională ca factor cheie pentru abordarea contribuabililor

În zilele de 27-28 iunie 2013, Șeful Inspectoratului Fiscal Principal de Stat participă la lucrările celei de-a XVII-a Adunare Generală a IOTA, care se desfășoară la Berna, Elveţia. “Cooperarea Internațională ca factor cheie pentru abordarea contribuabililor care nu sunt onești” este genericul celei de-a XVII-a Adunare Generală a IOTA, care şi-a început lucrările astăzi, 27 iunie 2013, la Berna, Elveţia. La acest forum, în afară de membrii cu drepturi depline ai IOTA, printre care se numără şi Republica Moldova, au fost invitați şi reprezentanți ai diferitor organizații si instituții internaționale. Republica Moldova este reprezentată de șeful Inspectoratului Fiscal Principal de Stat dl Ion Prisăcaru. Discursurile de deschidere a Adunării Generale IOTA au fost ținute de dl Samuel Tanner -Președinte IOTA si Director adjunct al Administrației Fiscale Federale a Elveției, Dna Eveline Widmer-Schlumpf – Ministru al Finanțelor, Departamentul Federal de Finanțe din Elveția și dl Adrian Hug - Director al Administrației Fiscale Federale din Elveția, după care și-au început lucrările ședințele tehnice. De asemenea în timpul Adunării Generale, membrii IOTA vor discuta chestiunile statutare privind programul de lucru și bugetul pentru anul 2014 și vor lua decizii importante privind rolul viitor și dezvoltarea Organizației, inclusiv desemnarea Președintelui, membrilor Consiliului Executiv, Auditorilor Interni și locației pentru următoarea Adunare Generală. În prima zi a evenimentului, dl Ion Prisăcaru a avut întîlniri cu conducătorii Administrațiilor fiscale din Olanda și Estonia la care s-au discutat perspectivele de cooperare bilaterală. Republica Moldova este membru al IOTA din anul 2004. IOTA este o organizație interguvernamentală cu 46 de administraţii fiscale membri.
