Creditul polonez, tot mai popular printre producătorii agricoli

Fluxul solicitărilor din creditul polonez de 90mln euro, acordat pentru modernizarea sectorului agricol și creșterea treptată a cotei de produse agricole cu valoarea adăugată mare a sporit în ultimele zile, potrivit lui Nicolae Ciubuc,vice-director al Agenției de Intervenții și Plăți pentru Agricultură. Probabil, acest fapt este determinat și încheierea perioadei estivale, dar, în primul rând, de posibilitatea pe care o au producătorii agricoli, de a procura, prin intermediul acestui credit, tehnică agricolă și echipamente performante, de a-și moderniza afacerile - a menționat într-un interviu Ciubuc. Dacă e să facem unele precizări, pot informa că avem acceptate două solicitări pentru acordarea împrumuturilor din creditul polonez. Ambele în valoare de 2mln euro, sumă, care constituie plafonul maxim, stabilit în condițiile de acordare a acestui credit. De asemenea, circa 25 de dosare se află în proces de examinare și în curând va fi luată o decizie privind acordarea împrumuturilor - a specificat Ciubuc. Pentru obținerea împrumuturilor producătorii agricoli trebuie să prezinte planuri de afaceri și să confirme faptul că nu au datorii la buget sau alte datorii mari (către bănci). În cadrul creditului polonez, beneficiarii nu primesc bani în numerar, dar procura tehnică agricolă din Polonia, în limita sumei solicitate. Ei trebuie să identifice partenerul polonez, care va livra tehnica,utilajele sau echipamentele solicitate. Acordul de asistență în valoare de 100mln euro, dintre care 90mln euro pentru restructurarea și modernizarea sectorului agricol a fost semnat între guvernele RM și Poloniei pe 14mai 2014. Împrumuturile din acest credit se acordă producătorilor agricoli, potrivit condițiilor de recreditare, pe 12 ani, perioada de grație de 3 ani, iar rata dobânzii de 2%. Importul tehnicii și a echipamentelor va fi scutit de taxe și impozite.
