Declarațiile de avere: instruiri privind modul de completare

Specialiștii responsabili de completarea Registrelor subiecților declarării din 80 de instituții publice vor fi instruiți de funcționarii Autorității Naționale de Integritate (ANI) privind modul de completare a registrelor și a declarațiilor de avere și interese personale. Printre autoritățile incluse în această listă sunt Parlamentul, Președinția, Curtea de Conturi, Compania Națională de Asigurări în Medicină, Oficiul Avocatului Poporului, Serviciul de Protecţie şi Pază de Stat, Serviciul Fiscal de Stat, Consiliul de Supraveghere a Activității de Audit, ministerele etc. Sesiunile de instruire vor avea loc la 14 și 15 februarie, orele 9.00 și 14.00, în cadrul cărora beneficiarii vor fi instruiți asupra: • depunerii declarațiilor de avere și interese personale prin intermediul sistemului e-Integritate, lansat anul trecut • informațiilor indicate în declarații, • ce este un conflict de interese, • care sunt incompatibilitățile, restricțiile și limitările funcționarilor publici și ale demnitarilor în acest sens • care sunt atribuțiile de control ale ANI • sancționării subiecților declarării în caz de nerespectare a legislației. În anul 2018, de instruire din partea ANI au beneficiat peste 3500 de persoane în cadrul a 82 sesiuni desfășurate atât la sediul instituției, cât și la sediile autorităților publice. Totodată, se menționează că Autoritatea Națională de Integritate este dispusă să organizeze sesiuni suplimentare de instruire a subiecților declarării și a responsabililor de registre la solicitarea conducătorilor autorităților publice centrale și locale. Reamintim că termenul-limită pentru depunerea declarațiilor de avere și interese personale pentru anul 2018 este 31 martie 2019.
