Extinderea listei activităților investiționale

Lista activităților investiționale eligibile contractului de finanțare dintre Republica Moldova și Banca Europeană de Investiții (BEI) pentru realizarea Proiectului „Livada Moldovei” va fi extinsă. Guvernul a aprobat, în ședința de ieri, semnarea Amendamentului nr.2 la acest contract, scopul fiind modernizarea și restructurarea lanțului valoric al sectorului horticol din Republica Moldova. Pentru implementarea cu succes a Proiectului și valorificarea resurselor BEI destinate restructurării sectorului horticol și vitivinicol din RM, au fost prezentate spre examinare completări și modificări la Contractul de finanțare, acestea fiind operate de către BEI în colaborare cu Ministerul Finanțelor, Directoratul Liniei de Credit și Unitatea de implementare a Proiectului „Livada Moldovei”. Modificările în cauză au fost incluse în Amendamentul nr. 2 la Contractul de finanțare, a informat ministrul Finanțelor, Octavian Armașu. Astfel, în lista activităților investiționale eligibile spre finanțare din acest credit vor fi incluse investițiile pe termen mediu și lung în dezvoltarea lanțului valoric a sub-sectorului de producere și procesare a legumelor și cele în dezvoltarea agro-turismului și turismului vitivinicol. De asemenea, în listă vor fi incluse și investițiile pe termen mediu și lung în dezvoltarea pepinierelor pentru producerea materialului săditor fructifer, nucifer, struguri de masă și de soiuri tehnice, dar și dezvoltarea pepinierelor pentru producerea arbuștilor decorativi, dezvoltarea sub-sectorului de producere și procesare a strugurilor și soiurilor tehnice și producerea vinului îmbuteliat. În același timp, amendamentul mai prevede majorarea competitivității sectorului horticol și vitivinicol prin modernizarea și integrarea piețelor, promovarea strategiilor investiționale a agenților economici, oferirea accesului la resursele creditului micilor producători, companiilor start-up, întreprinderilor micro, mici și mijlocii. Contractul de finanțare pentru realizarea Proiectului „Livada Moldovei” a fost semnat la 31 iulie 2014 și prevede alocarea mijloacelor financiare în sumă de 120 mil. euro.
