Facilități fiscale pentru noi proiecte de asistență tehnică

Lista proiectelor de asistență tehnică în derulare care cad sub incidența tratatelor internaționale, pentru aplicarea scutirilor la impozitul pe venit, accize, taxe vamale, taxe pentru efectuarea procedurilor vamale, taxe pentru mărfurile care, în procesul utilizării, cauzează poluarea mediului, precum şi aplicarea scutirii de TVA cu drept de deducere pentru mărfurile şi serviciile destinate realizării proiectelor, a fost actualizată.
 
În Monitorul Oficial din 11 decembrie curent Executivul a publicat Hotărârea nr. 866 din 9 decembrie 2020 pentru modificarea Hotărârii Guvernului nr. 246/2010.
 

Astfel, printre proiectele nou incluse ce vor beneficia de facilități fiscale sunt:

  • Consolidarea capacităților și sistemelor de gestionare eficientă a finanțelor publice în Republica Moldova (beneficiar Ministerul Finanțelor)
  • Proiectul LEADER pentru Moldova rurală
  • Pregătirea în comun a condițiilor pentru transformarea digitală în sectoarele agricole și conexe din zona Bazinului Mării Negre (BSB Smart Farming)
  • Acces direct pentru studenți
  • Sporirea calității și accesului la educație în zona transfrontalieră prin perspectiva inovativă a învățării accelerate – ALEG
  • Parteneriat transfrontalier pentru dezvoltarea antreprenoriatului social
  • Hub regional transfrontalier de competențe pentru industria auto
  • Parteneriatul Estic – Programul de solidaritate împotriva Covid-19
  • Educație antreprenorială colaborativă.

 

Hotărârea a intrat în vigoare la data publicării.

Conform Hotărârii nr. nr. 246/2010, evidența proiectelor de asistență externă este asigurată de Ministerul Finanțelor.
