Formularul IPC21, propus pentru consultări publice

Prima perioadă de raportare a impozitului pe venit, a primelor de asigurare obligatorie de asistență medicală  și a contribuțiilor de asigurări sociale de stat obligatorii calculate conform formularului IPC21 va fi luna ianuarie 2021. Formularul respectiv va substitui cel al Dării de seamă IPC18, ținând cont de modificările introduse prin Legea nr.60 privind instituirea unor măsuri de susținere a activității de întreprinzător și modificarea unor acte normative, care vor fi puse în aplicare din anul viitor.
 
Ministerul Finanțelor a elaborat și propune pentru consultări publice proiectul ordinului  cu privire la aprobarea formularului tipizat (Forma IPC21) „Darea de seamă privind reținerea impozitului pe venit, a primelor de asigurare obligatorie de asistență medicală  și a contribuțiilor de asigurări sociale de stat obligatorii calculate” și a Instrucțiunii cu privire la modul de completare a formularului nominalizat.

 

Proiectul ține de modul de reflectare în noul formular a situației în care povara fiscală cu privire la achitarea contribuțiilor de asigurări sociale de stat și a primelor de asigurare obligatorie de asistență medicală este repartizată între angajator și angajat (angajatorul va achita CAS, iar angajatul – PAM).

 

Propunerile, sugestiile și obiecțiile asupra proiectului pot fi înaintate până la 29 iunie 2020 la numărul de telefon  (022) 82 34 38 sau la e-mail: parascovia.cebotarenco@sfs.md.
