Formularul standard al DUAE, în vigoare

În cadrul procedurilor de achiziții publice, operatorul economic va completa și va semna Documentul unic de achiziții european (DUAE) – o declarație pe propria răspundere, prin care operatorul economic confirmă îndeplinirea criteriilor de calificare și selecție necesare în cadrul procedurilor de achiziție publică în Republica Moldova.
 
În Monitorul Oficial din 30 iunie curent a fost publicat Ordinul nr. 72 al Ministerului Finanțelor cu privire la aprobarea formularului standard al Documentului unic de achiziții european.
 

Formularul este completat, semnat electronic și transmis autorității contractante la depunerea ofertei. Potrivit docmentului, un DUAE depus de către operatorul economic în cadrul unei proceduri de achizițe publică anterioară poate fi reutilizat, dacă informațiile incluse în formular sunt corecte și valabile la data depunerii acestuia.

 

In același timp, ofertantul care prezintă în DUAE informații false va fi exclus din procedura de achiziție publică sau poate fi tras la răspundere conform legislației.

 

Formularul DUAE este constituit din șapte capitole, în care sunt indicate informații privind procedura de achiziție publică și autoritatea/entitatea contractantă, date referitoare la operatorul economic, criteriile de calificare și selecție a operatorilor economici, informații despre preselecția candidațior pentru procedura de atribuire a contractului de achiziți publică și declarații finale.

 

Totodată, operatorul economic declară în mod oficial,că poate să furnizeze la solicitarea autorității contractante, fără întârziere, certificatele și documentele justificative solicitate.

 

Ordinul a intrat în vigoare la data publicării.
