Impozitul pe bunuri imobiliare poate fi achitat online

Primăria municipiului Chișinău informează cetățenii urbei proprietari de bunuri imobiliare despre necesitatea achitării impozitului pe aceste bunuri pentru anul curent, până la data 30 iunie 2021 (conform prevederilor art. 282 Cod fiscal), ținând cont de faptul că, începând cu anul curent, nu se mai aplică reducerea de 15% pentru achitarea până la 30 iunie a sumei integrale a impozitului pe bunurile imobiliare calculat, în contextul modificărilor adoptate la Codul fiscal, fiind abrogat alin. (2) al art. 282.
 
Onorarea obligației fiscale se face cu Avizul de plată a impozitului pe bunurile imobiliare direct la oficiile poștale, oficiile bancare sau on-line prin serviciul guvernamental de plăți electronice www.mpay.gov.md prin selectarea serviciului „Achitarea impozitului pe bunurile imobiliare (cu aviz de plată)".

 

Avizele vor fi expediate prin intermediul serviciilor poștale, iar deținătorii semnăturii electronice și/sau mobile pot accesa acest portal și selecta opțiunea vizualizarea impozitului în baza fișei imobilului și respectiv, pot genera de sine stătător avizul de plată, vizualiza suma impozitului și imprima avizul pe suport de hârtie.

 

Scutirea la impozitul pe bunurile imobiliare se acordă persoanelor de vârstă pensionară, în temeiul art. 283 din Codul fiscal.

 

Pentru siguranța și protecția datelor cu caracter personal, avizele de plată pot fi eliberate și la sediul Direcției de colectare a impozitelor și taxelor locale (str. 31 August 1989, nr. 63A), la prezentarea actului de identitate sau a împuternicirii legale.
