Lanțul alimentar scurt. Lista produselor ce vor fi prezente pe raft, publicată

Hotărârea Guvernului nr.113 din 14 iulie curent cu privire la aprobarea Listei produselor alimentare provenite din lanțul alimentar scurt a fost publicată în MO din 19 iulie 2019.
 
Produsele incluse în Listă sunt divizate în 14 categorii și 129 poziții: legume în stare proaspătă; fructe în stare proaspătă; legume, fructe conservate; băcănie; paste; produse de brutărie, patiserie și cofetărie; alte produse (borș acru, bastonașe de porumb, semințe de floarea soarelui și dovleac); băuturi nealcoolice (sucuri, nectar); produse alcoolice; preparate congelate (colțunași, pelmeni, aluat); lapte și produse lactate; carne, produse din carne și mezeluri; carne de ovine, brânză de oi; miere naturală și produse derivate comestibile. Amintim, la etapa elaborării proiectului hotărârii de Guvern lista conținea 13 categorii și 132 poziții. 
 
Pentru unele produse este indicate perioada recomandată de comercializare, care se referă la 20 poziții de fructele și legumele de sezon și va fi cuprinsă, în funcție de produs, între 1 aprilie și 30 noiembrie. Perioada concretă de livrare, periodicitatea și cantitatea acestor produse va fi indicată în contractul încheiat de producătorul agricol cu comerciantul.
 
Prezența pe raft a celorlalte 120 poziții, pentru care nu este indicată o anumită perioadă de referință,  vor fi comercializate pe întreg parcurs al anului.
 
Amintim, HG nr.113/2021 a fost elaborată întru executarea prevederilor Legii nr. 231/2010 cu privire la comerțul interior, potrivit căreia Guvernul urmează să aprobe Lista produselor alimentare provenite din lanțul alimentar scurt, care urmează a fi achiziționate de  comerciant și expuse în proporție de cel puțin 50% din lungimea liniară a raftului comercial (art. 211 alin. (12)).
