Parlamentul a aprobat Politica fiscală și vamală 2021

În ședința de ieri, 16 decembrie, Parlamentul a aprobat, cu 56 de voturi, în a doua lectură proiectul de lege pentru modificarea unor acte normative ce ține de Politica fiscală și vamală pentru anul 2021. Documentul conține modificări la 43 de legi, acestea având ca obiectiv ajustarea legislației bugetar-fiscale și vamale la evoluția proceselor economice și sociale, consolidarea capacităților instituțiilor statului la colectarea veniturilor bugetare și eficientizării administrării fiscale și vamale, precum și susținerii mediului de afaceri în scopul dezvoltării economice sustenabile a țării.
 


Pentru lectura a doua au fost înaintate și examinate de Executiv 85 de amendamente prezentate pe 210 pagini, care prevăd 201 propuneri, dintre care au fost susținute integral 34, iar altele 15 – parțial.
 
Documentul prevede  modificări la scutirile acordate persoanelor fizice, uniformizarea cotelor de impozitare a veniturilor atât pentru persoanele fizice cât și cele juridice, la compartimentele taxării cu TVA, domeniul taxelor locale etc.
 
Totodată, proiectul aprobat prevede intervenții în regimul fiscal și social al profesiilor din domeniul juridic, măsuri de diminuare a numerarului în economie, continuarea Programului de rambursare a TVA , excluderea impozitării dividendelor distribuite persoanelor juridice și altele.
