Pentru angajatorii refugiaților din Ucraina: codul CPAS, completarea și prezentarea IPC21 și IPM19

Persoanele refugiate din Ucraina, care se vor afla pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova o perioadă mai îndelungată de timp, vor putea beneficia de servicii publice de încadrare în câmpul muncii în baza numărului de identificare de stat (IDNP), atribuit la traversarea frontierei Republicii Moldova, ce poate fi descărcat cu ajutorul unei aplicații digitale. Informația privind numărul de identificare al persoanei fizice (IDNP) poate fi obținută online, pe platforma dopamoga.gov.md, la compartimentul „Obține IDNP", introducând datele personale din actul de identitate deținut de cetățeanul refugiat din Ucraina (pașaport de călătorie în străinătate, act de identitate intern sau certificat de naștere), comunică Casa Națională de Asigurări Sociale cu referire la informația plasată pe paginile oficiale ale Guvernului Republicii Moldova www.gov.md şi a Agenției de Guvernare Electronică www.egov.md.
 

Astfel, refugiații din Ucraina pot beneficia de codul IDNP care serveşte ca criteriu de bază pentru atribuirea codului CPAS.

 

CNAS reamintește că, potrivit Instrucţiunii cu privire la modul de completare a Dării de seamă IPC21, aprobată prin Ordinul Ministerului Finanţelor nr. 94/2020, la completarea rubricii nr. 4 din tabelul nr. 2 se indică codul personal de asigurări sociale atribuit fiecărei persoane la momentul înregistrării în Registrul de stat al evidenţei individuale. În cazul lipsei codului personal de asigurări sociale rubrica nr. 4 se completează cu zero. După recepționarea informației din Darea de seamă IPC 21, codul CPAS este atribuit de către CNAS și ulterior este utilizat de către contabili în raportare.

 

Cu referire la Informaţia IRM19 autoritatea precizează că aceasta se completează și se prezintă pe parcursul a 10 zile lucrătoare de la data angajării sau modificării/încetării raporturilor de muncă. Astfel, IRM19 se completează inclusiv în cazul angajării persoanelor refugiate din Ucraina.
