Perspective legislative. Program anual

Ministerul Finanțelor a elaborat Programul anual de elaborare a proiectelor de acte normative pentru anul 2019. Documentul este plasat pe pagina oficială a autorității și este aprobat prin Ordinul nr. 42 din 1 martie curent al ministrului Finanțelor. Conform Programului, este preconizată elaborarea, modificarea și completarea a peste 100 de acte legislative și normative din domeniile finanțelor publice, fiscal și vamal, evidență contabilă și raportare financiară, dar și cel social. Astfel, proiectul legii bugetului de stat pe anul 2020 urmează a fi elaborat în trim. III al anului 2019. În aceiași termeni este planificată finalizarea lucrărilor asupra proiectul noului Cod vamal, proiectelor de legi privind Inspectoratul Financiar de Stat, cu privire la armonizarea legislaţiei Republicii Moldova în materie de TVA şi accize la legislația UE etc. Până la sfârșitul anului curent, pot fi modificate prevederile modului de introducere şi scoatere a bunurilor de pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova de către persoane fizice, Nomenclatura combinate a mărfurilor, adoptate noi convenții privind evitarea dublei impuneri cu alte state, precum și includerea în Codul contravențional a noilor sancțiuni pentru nerespectarea cadrului legal în domeniul achizițiilor publice.
