Planul de acțiuni al Guvernului, publicat

Planul de acțiuni al Executivului pentru anii 2021-2022 a intrat în vigoare, Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 235 din 13 octombrie 2021 cu privire la aprobarea acestuia fiind publicată în Monitorul Oficial din 5 noiembrie curent. Documentul a fost elaborat în vederea realizării obiectivelor de dezvoltare durabilă setate în Programul de guvernare și conține acțiuni specifice pentru 24 de domenii1.
 
Astfel, la capitolul finanțe publice obiectivul-cheie este gestionarea eficientă, prudentă, transparentă și corectă, asigurarea stabilității bugetar-fiscale, alocarea resurselor financiare publice în strânsă corelare cu prioritățile de politici, precum și accesarea asistenței externe pentru atingerea obiectivelor de dezvoltare durabilă.

 

În acest sens sunt planificate circa 50 de acțiuni, printre care:

  • programe anuale de instruire a personalului responsabil de achizițiile publice;
  • încheierea unui nou Memorandum de țară cu FMI;
  • elaborarea unei foi de parcurs pentru implementarea Cadrului Național de Finanțare Integrată;
  • desfășurarea misiunilor de audit intern pe orizontală, pe subiecte de interes comun;
  • ajustarea actelor normative în domeniul activității cu metale prețioase;
  • elaborarea și ajustarea cadrului normativ fiscal și vamal în vederea edificării unui sistem fiscal-vamal clar, previzibil și comod în procesul de calculare și achitare a obligațiilor fiscale și vamale etc.

 

Potrivit hotărârii, Cancelaria de Stat va prezenta Guvernului până la data de 15 a lunii următoare perioadei de raportare, informaţia privind progresul în realizarea Planului pentru luna precedentă, iar până la data de 1 martie, raportul de evaluare a implementării Planului menționat pentru anul precedent.

 

Reamintim, Guvernul a organizat consultări publice a politicilor și acțiunilor de reformă din Planul de acțiuni, pentru fiecare domeniu separat.
