Politicile contabile ale entităților din sectorul corporativ: aspecte practice și recomandări

Sunteți contabil și în practică vă confruntați cu multiple neclarități, precum:
 
  • Care este structura obligatorie a politicilor contabile, ce pot să conțină politicile contabile, dar nu este obligatoriu, precum și: 
  • trebuie să includem în acestea procedurile contabile interne, aspecte ale contabilității de gestiune, cu privire la organizarea și administrarea documentelor primare în cadrul entității etc.;
  • normele de pierderi stabilite și adoptate;
  • coeficienții stabilirii și formării provizioanelor, corecțiilor compromise etc.;
  • metodele fiscale (achitarea impozitului de venit în rate etc.);
  • Cum se modifică politicile contabile. De ce trebuie perfectată modificarea politicilor contabile printr-un document de dispoziție;
  • Care sunt diferențele dintre politicile contabile și estimările contabile și dacă trebuie incluse estimările contabile în politicile contabile;
  • Cum pot fi prezentate în Note explicative politicile contabile adoptate cerințele art. 22 din Legea contabilității și raportării financiare nr. 287/2017 – (Legea nr. 287/2017), dar și cauzele, influența, natura modificărilor politicilor contabile etc., prevederile pct. 46 al SNC „Politici contabile, modificări ale estimărilor contabile, erori şi evenimente ulterioare”;
  • Modul de plasare și publicare a Situațiilor financiare pe pagina entității, în conformitate cu prevederile Legii nr. 287/2017;
  • Care sunt consecințele în cazul în care entitatea nu dispune de politici contabile adoptate sau necorespunderii acestora legislației în vigoare?
 
În ediția din iunie 2021 a revistei „monitorul fiscal FISC.md” (nr. 4 (67)) va fi publicat articolul „Elaborarea, prezentarea și publicarea politicilor contabile ale entităților din sectorul corporativ. Aspecte practice”, în care autorii noștri, Lidia Foalea și Valentina Panuș, oferă răspunsul la întrebările punctate supra, oferind, totodată, exemple concrete cu privire la întocmirea politicilor contabile ale entităților din sectorul corporativ.
