Помощь в холодный период года получат больше бенефициаров

Семьи с ежемесячным доходом менее 3109,6 лея смогут получить помощь в холодный период года, предусматривает принятое на заседании 3 декабря постановление правительства об изменении условий установления и назначения помощи в холодный период года. Согласно документу, в отступление от действующих норм, право на пособие на холодный период года (за ноябрь-декабрь 2021 г. и январь-март 2022 г.) будет предоставлено семьям-заявителям, чей совокупный среднемесячный доход выше уровня минимального гарантированного дохода, согласно законодательству, и ниже уровня минимального гарантированного ежемесячного дохода, увеличенного в 2,6 раза, а не в 2,2 раза, как это было предусмотрено ранее.
 

Данное изменение в законодательстве позволило увеличить минимальный ежемесячный доход для получения социальной помощи в холодный период года на 478,4 лея – с 2631,2 до 3109,6 лея.  

 

Одобренное правительством постановление вступит в силу с момента публикации в «Monitorul Oficial».

При этом для облегчения доступа к помощи на холодный период года все заявки, поданные с 1 ноября 2021 г., до вступления в силу принятого правительством решения, будут автоматически рассматриваться через Автоматизированную информационную систему «Социальная помощь», без необходимости подачи нового заявления.

 

По данным Министерства труда и социальной защиты, с ноября прошлого года по март 2021 г. ежемесячное пособие на холодный период году получили 212 тыс. бенефициаров. Как ожидается, принятые правительством поправки позволят увеличить число получателей на 86 тысяч, а на эти цели в бюджете заложено около 300 млн леев.

Напомним, в связи с повышением тарифов на энергоресурсы размер помощи на холодный период года в Молдове был увеличен с 500 до 700 леев.
