Programul Erasmus oferă noi posibilități

Antreprenorii începători din Republica Moldova au posibilitatea să obțină competențe de administrare sau dezvoltare a unei întreprinderi mici, lucrând alături de un antreprenor cu experiență din altă țară, pe o perioadă de 1-6 luni. Această posibilitate este oferită de Programul Comisiei Europene „Erasmus pentru tinerii antreprenori”. Cheltuielile de participare ale antreprenorilor sunt acoperite în funcție de țara din care provine antreprenorul-gazdă. Spre exemplu, dacă un antreprenor nou din RM ar pleca în România, suma lunară care îi va fi achitată este de 560 Euro, în Germania – 830 Euro, în Italia și Franța – 900 Euro, în Marea Britanie – 1000 Euro. Finanțarea are loc din bugetul Programului UE pentru competitivitatea întreprinderilor și IMM-urilor 2014-2020 (COSME). Pentru a participa la programul de schimb antreprenorii noi și cei cu experiență trebuie să candideze prin utilizarea instrumentului online și să-și aleagă punctul local de contact preferat. Punctul local de contact acționează ca ghid și punct de contact pe durata întregului proces. În prezent Republica Moldova nu are un punct de contact, astfel încât antreprenorii autohtoni au opțiunea de a apela, spre exemplu, la punctele de contact din România. Erasmus pentru tinerii antreprenori este considerat unul dintre cele mai reușite programe din cadrul COSME datorită influenței pozitive asupra stimulării practicilor comerciale inovatoare, elaborării produselor și serviciilor noi, consolidării transferului de know-how și cunoștințe. Evaluările au relevat că în jur de 30% dintre participanți au lansat ulterior afaceri proprii. De la lansare și până în prezent au avut loc peste 4500 de schimburi, iar până în anul 2020 ținta constituie 10 mii. Programul Erasmus pentru tinerii antreprenori a fost lansat în 2009 de către Comisia Europeană, ca urmare a unei inițiative a Parlamentului European.
