Regulile de achiziție a articolelor din metale prețioase de la persoanele fizice pot fi modificate

Persoanele fizice (care nu dispun de licență pentru desfășurarea activității cu metale prețioase și pietre prețioase) vor putea realiza, anual, în baza chitanțelor de achiziție, până la 5 articole din metale prețioase.
 
Suplinirea Regulilor de achiziţionare de la populaţie a metalelor preţioase şi a pietrelor preţioase ce se conţin în articole şi resturi, aprobate prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 769/1995 va asigura securitatea consumatorilor şi apărarea drepturilor şi intereselor legitime ale acestora, precum și amendarea actelor normative ce ţin de supravegherea marcării de stat, consideră autorii proiectului hotărârii de Guvern cu privire la aprobarea modificărilor ce se operează în unele hotărâri ale Guvernului. Propunerile sunt elaborate de Ministerul Finanțelor, proiectul fiind inclus în ordinea de zi a ședinței secretarilor de stat.

 

Totodată, este propusă completarea pct. 12 din Regulile comerţului cu amănuntul, recepţionării, păstrării şi evidenţei articolelor din metale preţioase şi pietre preţioase aprobate prin HG nr. 261/1996 cu  prevederea că articolele din metale preţioase şi pietre prețioase scoase la vânzare trebuie să aibă etichete plumbuite cu indicarea nu doar a denumirii lor, producătorului, articolului, titlului, greutăţii şi preţului pentru 1 gram, tipul garniturilor, caracteristica lor, greutăţii şi preţului cu amănuntul al articolului, dar și denumirea casei de amanet sau a numărul contractului civil (după caz).
