Spre atenţia plătitorilor de contribuţii la BASS

Casa Naţională aduce la cunoştinţă, că în conformitate cu prevederile punctului 3 lit. b) din anexa nr. 3 la Legea bugetului asigurărilor sociale de stat pe anul 2016, nr.156 din 01.07.2016, plătitorii specificaţi la pct. 1.5 (întreprinzătorii individuali, notarii, avocaţii, executorii judecătoreşti, administratorii autorizaţi) din anexa prenotată şi alte categorii de unităţi înregistrate în calitate de plătitori, care pe tot parcursul anului bugetar nu au persoane angajate prin contract individual de muncă, persoane aflate în raporturi de serviciu în baza actului administrativ ori prin alte tipuri de contracte civile în vederea executării de lucrări sau prestării de servicii - prezintă Declaraţia privind calcularea contribuţiilor de asigurări sociale de stat obligatorii (forma BASS-AN) o dată pe an, până la data de 15 ianuarie 2017. Potrivit prevederilor art. 265 a Codului Civil nr. 1107 din 06.06.2002, dacă ultima zi a termenului de prezentare a declaraţiilor şi a termenului de virare a contribuţiilor este o zi de duminică, de sâmbătă sau o zi care, în conformitate cu legea în vigoare, este zi de odihnă, termenul expiră în următoarea zi lucrătoare. Ca urmare, termenul limită de prezentare a Declaraţiei privind calcularea contribuţiilor de asigurări sociale de stat obligatorii (forma BASS-AN) pentru anul 2016 este data de 16.01.2017. Îndeplinind obligaţiile la termenele scadente nu se vor constata contravenţii administrative. Sancţionările au ca scop descurajarea neconformării voluntare.
