Statele GUAM vor colabora pentru dezvoltarea profesională în domeniul vamal

Astăzi, 13 decembrie, în MO este publicată Hotărârea Guvernului aprobată în cadrul ședinței din 11 decembrie pentru iniţierea negocierilor şi aprobarea semnării Memorandumului dintre Comitetul Vamal de Stat al Republicii Azerbaidjan, Serviciul Veniturilor al Ministerului Finanțelor al Georgiei, Serviciul Vamal al Republicii Moldova și Serviciul Vamal de Stat al Ucrainei privind interacțiunea pentru formarea și dezvoltarea profesională a cadrelor în domeniul vamal. Actualitatea Memorandumului reiese din importanța dezvoltării în continuare a cooperării vamale între statele membre ale GUAM. Documentul prevede stabilirea, extinderea și dezvoltarea cooperării dintre instituțiile de învățământ, subdiviziunile specializate ale administrațiilor vamale din statele-membre GUAM, care pregătesc cadre pentru organele vamale și se ocupă de dezvoltarea profesională a funcționarilor vamali, a menționat la prezentarea documentului ministrul Finanțelor, Serghei Pușcuța. Scopul final al documentului este asigurarea securității economice a statelor membre ale GUAM prin colaborarea administrațiilor vamale pentru dezvoltarea profesională a cadrelor din domeniul vizat. Tratatul urmează a fi încheiat pentru o perioadă nedeterminată.
